My Approach
My approach to working with Mid-Life Women goes beyond just designing a great bespoke exercise programme.
I discuss in detail with each Client at the beginning and through-out their Stellar Fitness journey other life-style considerations which need to be factored in. Such as fluctuating hormones, sleep quality, stress management, nutrition, work/life balance and any other historical health issues or injuries.
My role is to support, motivate and educate in all these areas so that each Client has the best opportunity for ‘turning up’, so they can be consistent in their health journey without any anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed.
