To support Mid-Life women through their fitness, health and well-being journey.
To help them understand we are all unique individuals and what we are feeling and experiencing in this phase of our lives is completely natural.
To educate Mid-Life women about the many benefits of exercise and to move away from the notion that exercise is just about weight loss and body shape. Neither our body or mind works in isolation, we must look at the bigger picture to optimise our fitness health, and well-being.
Design the right modality of exercise programme for the individual client based on their needs and environment, supported by healthy food and good life-style choices. In doing so, it can be possible to naturally reduce some of the many symptoms of Menopause.
To listen, understand and ask questions from the outset and through their entire Stellar Fitness health journey, continually providing strategies and solutions to any potential barriers.
To help mid-life women get fitter, stronger, confident in their bodies and mind, to reignite lost self-esteem and help them feel empowered so they can embrace this next phase of their life with confidence and pride.
