I have worked with Stella now for around 2 years. My goal; lose weight, get fitter and feel better about myself. I have achieved all those goals, plus many more. The best thing about my training with Stella is that its great fun. After training I feel GREAT, I actually enjoy every session.  Of course as we age we don't always feel like exercising and Stella is great at checking during the first 5 minutes exactly how you are feeling on that day.

Class Feedback

Stella has been the support I needed to help me return to exercise. Post surgery I felt unenthusiastic about exercise and under confident about returning to the gym. I was worried about further injury. Stella listened to my endless list of injuries and put together a program tailored to my needs.

I am very pleased to say that I am enjoying being back in the gym and on my bike. Each session has been an enjoyable and non threatening way  back to fitness, with a few good laughs thrown in along the way.
